Create a Performance Document

In order to initiate the performance review process in My HUB, you must first create the performance document for your employee. This is the second of three pages that you will need to go through in order to create a performance document. This page will list all positions that currently report directly to you. You are not able to select positions that do not report to you or that report indirectly to you through another position. In order to proceed with selecting an employee, that employee's job description must have been validated within the past 320 days.

You can either:
  • Select an employee and click on the 'Continue' button to proceed with creating a review document for your employee
  • Click on the 'validate your job descriptions' link if you have not validated the job description for your employee. The job description validation page will open in a separate window, allowing for you to close that window and return to this page once you have saved your validations
